We offer airport transfers/taxis to and from the airport, seaport, hotels, universities, colleges, business premises and your home. We offer these services 24hrs a day and aim to make your experience hassle free.
All our transfers are booked in advance to ensure we are available for you when you need us.
We advertise our telephone number to assist you with this but from time to time when we are busy we do miss calls and so advise you to complete your inquiry/reservation online, we do answer all emails.
We will send you details of your driver and vehicle at the time you book your transfer. You will receive the drivers name, mobile phone number and what type of vehicle he will be driving.
If for unforseen reasons we have to change your driver at the last minute we will email and sms text you the new details we will also put the mobile on divert so that even if you call the original telephone number you will be put through to the replacement driver. (This very rarely happens but we feel we should inform you of our contingency plan just in case).
We are based close to London Stansted Airport and so most of our transfers are based around this airport although if your journey goes through our area ie: London City Airport to Cambridge we will gladly assist.
Our standard service for meeting you at Stansted Airport involves the driver checking your flight and once your plane has landed they will come in to the terminal to meet you. When you enter arrivals your driver will be waiting for you.
We monitor your flight to be sure our drivers are at the airport when they need to be and we include 1 hour of free waiting on airports and seaports (once your plane/ferry has arrived) as this is more than enough time to deal with the formalities involved.
All of our vehicles are equipped with navigation devices to assist our drivers with your journey and ensure we get you where you need to be. The drivers are also in contact with the office to further assist with your journey.
Our prices are per car not per person.
Overloading makes vehicles dangerous if you have a lot of luggage let us know when you book and we can make sure the vehicle is capable of carrying everything.
All of our drivers are smartly dressed and friendly. They have all undergone a CRB check in order to obtain their taxi drivers liscence as well as regular medical checks for your peace of mind.
Our vehicles are regularly serviced and maintained in accordance with the manufacturers guide lines and they undergo rigorous checks with our local authority to ensure they are fit for purpose.
