If we give you a quote the price won't change unless you change your journey.
When you arrive at Stansted Airport your driver will be waiting in arrivals to meet you. Your driver will be holding a board with the AAA TAXI logo on the top and your name clearly written below.
This service is included in the cost of your fare.
Once you have booked your transfer we will send you confirmation of your booking. This will include all details of your trip, your drivers name, your drivers mobile telephone number and the type of vehicle we have provided.
We ask you to read through this to ensure we have all details correct and then print a copy so you have all details to hand when you arrive.
We can also provide additional services such as a tour of London's main attractions, if you submit an itinerary of where you would like to see our driver can plan a route to include all the sites for you.
Our drivers are also available to be hired by the day, for this service we charge £20.00 per hour ( there may be a call out charge for this service if it is away from our base but we can discuss this at the time of booking). Our drivers are all very experienced travelling between 70 and 80,000 miles per year, and are willing to travel anywhere you wish to go.
Organising a corporate event and need a minibus to transport your team, not a problem. We don't have a minibus but if you hire one we will quiet happily drive it for you which means you and your team can relax and have a great day out.
We also support team events and have recently completed the 3 peaks 24hr challenge
in association with coins/global challenge. Our drivers were booked to act as base support for this event, we covered all the driving between the 3 peaks, assisted with the feeding of the team and preparation between peaks as well as giving moral support to the team enabling them to concentrate on what they needed to do. It was a great event and global challenge managed to raise roughly £240,000 for charity in Africa.
The team successfully completed the challenge and arrived home safely the following day, feeling satisfied for a job well done as well as the pain from the endurance of what they had just put themselves through. Well done to all at Bauer Tecnologies who participated in this event.
We provide booster seats for your children aged between 3 and 12 and under 135cms tall. This is to ensure they travel safely in the taxi. You will need to tell us in advance if you require them as we don't always have them in the vehicles.
We will accept payment by credit/debit card online or if you prefer you can pay with GBP(cash) or Euros in the taxi. If you
intend to pay with Euros please let us know in advance as these will be charged at the current buy back rate and we will need to check this on the day.
We will monitor your flight online so we know when you arrive but if your departure is delayed we ask you to let us know.
Our telephones are answered between the hours of 09.00 and 22.00 GMT. 7 days a week.
We offer transfers for business and pleasure travelers and our drivers will always deal with your transfer in a professional manner.
We can suggest minimum journey times to aid you with your planning. These are for guidance only and the decision you make on your journey time is your responsibility.
If your plane is delayed and you need to meet with another flight we will always try our best to get you there but we do have to stay within the speed limits and not endanger members of the public.
